24 08 2003So, I was just lookin through my webstats, and I couldn’t help but notice I’d had a lot of people get to my site looking for stuff about the new Muse album. A quick check on the Muse post of a couple of weeks back reveals much. See for yourselves. Interesting that I should attract such comments. It’s not even like I did a serious review of the album, just what I thought the first time I listened to it.
Anyway, to make things more interesting, I sent a personalised e-mail to anyone who left a valid address, and I’m anticipating some interesting replies. I’m definitely adding this post to the “best of” too. Wow. This is the most exciting thing that’s happened all week!
not to be a pain in the arse, but where/how the bloody hell did you manage to get to listen to this stuff? as a newcomer to this site, am i missing something important like, say, that you know, or indeed are, a member of muse?… ok, stupid question. feel free to pummel me with stupid answers as is customary *nods*
A friend of mine pointed me to a website where I could download it. I like to be discerning with what albums I buy so where possible, I feel justified in having a listen prior to purchase - it stops me buying albums I’ll dislike ;-) I have e-mailed you with further details.
Oh, and as for wondering about being stupid - this is probably the most intelligent comment I’ve had on the subject to date ;-)
